In terms of local refinery, the Northeast local refinery executed the contract and the price was stable; the Shandong local refinery delivered good mid- and low-sulfur products, and the coke price was actively pushed up. Jingbo Petrochemical raised 90 yuan/ton, and Yongxin Petrochemical raised 120 yuan/ton.
3. Supply analysis
Today, the national petroleum coke output was 76,840 tons, an increase of 300 tons or 0.39% from yesterday. Shaanxi Coal Shenmu Tianyuan produces coke, and the output of individual refineries is adjusted.
4. Demand analysis:
Recently, the production of domestic calcined coke enterprises has been stable, and the operating rate of calcined coke plants has been trending stable. Affected by policies, logistics and transportation in certain areas are restricted, and only National VI vehicles are allowed to pass, and downstream carbon companies are under pressure on shipments. Towards the end of the month, the price of raw materials fell, and the refinery began to sign contracts for the next month. It is expected that the price of calcined coke may decline, but the decline will be limited.
5. Price prediction:
In early July, some low-sulfur coke refineries in Shandong were overhauled, the supply of petroleum coke decreased, and the downstream demand remained unchanged. It is expected that the price of low-sulfur coke will continue to increase in the short term. The performance of the high-sulfur coke market is average, and coke prices are expected to adjust within a narrow range.
