Graphite carburizer process:
Graphitized carburizer is the product of graphitizing petroleum coke through high temperature treatment. Graphitized petroleum coke is to place petroleum coke in a
graphitization furnace. Generally, Acheson furnace equipment is used. The conductive electrodes at the head and tail of the Acheson furnace are laid with carbon
material roasting products as conductive heating cores, that is, each furnace head and tail A strip of roasted carbon material is laid between a pair of corresponding
conductive electrodes as a conductive heating core. After high temperature treatment at about 3000°C, the disordered layered structure carbon crystals of petroleum
coke are transformed into hexagonal layered structure carbon, that is, Petroleum coke turns into graphite, a process called graphitization. Petroleum coke
processed through the graphitization process is called graphitized petroleum coke.
